How do use the call box?

You can have guest look up your name on the silver call box and call the phone number associate with your unit.  Once answered if you press 9, the door will be unlocked.  You can also use the call box to enter your personal code to unlock the door.  (If you would like your phone number or six digit code added to the call box, contact jacob Darling [email protected])

How to get a new key fob?

If you would like to purchase a new ket fob, please contact Jacob Darling, [email protected]).  Extra fobs are $30 and you can send a check to Sentry Management and make it out to School 80 Homeowners Association.  Once Sentry receives the check, they will notify Jacob and he will make your new key fob.

Where is the cable room?

The door to the cable room is located on the L level.  It is a small white door which can be unlocked with your building key.

What day is trash pick up?

Tuesday.  Also, please break down your boxes before putting them in the recycling container.

How do I open the East gate to get a moving truck in?

You can unlock the east gate by using your building key.  Please remember to lock the gate after you are done using it.

Where is my storage unit?

All storage units are located on the L level.  The owner of the unit will know which one is yours.

How do I communicate with the building residents if needed?

The best way to communicate with the residents in our community is by joining our Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1827982330621718)

If there is a problem, who do I call?

If there is an emergency please call 911.  For all other issues please reach out to the board by completing the contact us form on the HOA website.

Is there a community washer and dryer?

Yes, the community washer and dryer is located on the east side of the building on the L level.  These are paid machines that are managed by Jetz Service which can be contacted at 317-359-9968 if there are any issues.

How do I let guests in and out of the building?

You can let guest in our building by giving them your code for the call box, or they can call your phone from the call box and you can let them in by pressing 9 after answering the call.

How do I get on the roof?

If you or a contractor needs to access the roof, please reach out to the HOA board for the door code.

How do I turn off the water to my unit?

Water for each unit can be turned off by accessing it on the L level.  There are some on both the east and west sides of the L level and are marked.

Where can my guests park?

There are several labeled guest parking spots in the south parking lot.  If all guest spots are taken please have your guest use street parking.
